Terms of Service – Doo Doo Scoops
How Do I Pay? We use a client portal where payments are processed securely. If you did not sign up through our website’s instant quote feature, we will create an account for you after speaking with a Doo Doo Scoops representative. You will receive your login information via email.
The portal allows you to:
- Access invoices and records of past cleanups
- Store a secure payment method
- Manage your services online
Once your card is linked, invoices will be generated and payments will be processed automatically, with receipts sent to your email.
Note: Your card must be linked before our team arrives. If your payment method is not set up, we will attempt to contact you. If no response is received, your service will be rescheduled, which may result in delays.
Billing & Payments
- Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are rendered.
- One-time or initial cleanups require payment on the day of service.
- Bi-weekly and monthly customers will be billed in advance for the following month’s services.
- If payment is not received before the first cleanup of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule until payment is processed.
- Payments for scheduled services are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, we will still complete any remaining cleanups for the month.
Scheduling & Service Details
- Cleanup schedules run Monday – Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM (or dark).
- Cleanup schedules run Saturday and Sunday, from 7 AM to 7 PM (or dark).
- We optimize routes to keep service rates low; we cannot guarantee specific time slots.
- You will receive a 60-minute notification text before our arrival.
- Your cleanup day will remain the same each week. If a change is needed, we will notify you in advance.
Do I Need to Be Home for Service? No, you do not need to be home. However, we require unobstructed access to your yard. If we cannot access the yard, service will be skipped and charged as scheduled.
If your dog is in the yard, we are happy to clean with them present as long as they are friendly. For new customers, we ask that you introduce us to your dog beforehand if possible.
Holiday Scheduling If your cleanup day falls on a major holiday, service will be skipped, and a double cleanup will be performed the following week. Regular charges apply since two weeks of waste accumulation will be removed.
Sanitation & Equipment All equipment and footwear are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant after every visit to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a safe, clean environment.
Privacy Policy

- Name, address, email, and phone number
- Pet details (names, breed, access information)
- Payment details for transactions

Right to Refuse or Cancel Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of unpaid invoices, inaccessible yards, aggressive animals, or hazardous conditions.
Termination of Service Either party may terminate service at any time. If you cancel, services already billed for the month will still be completed, but no further charges will be incurred.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
