Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Doo Doo Scoops representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
Setup Customer Portal
You will be able to set up your client portal and add your payment method, view schedule, view invoices and more!
Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card.

What to Expect On Your Service Day
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Doo Doo Scoops technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive or un-introduced dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Doo Doo Scoops team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Doo Doo Scoops technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Management
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
