Yes! We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

Yes! Doo Doo Scoops provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable. We might need to adjust your days to another depending on how much sunlight there is that month.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

Doo Doo Scoops has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $39 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $60 and $100 per month.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or contacting our office.

Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. We will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

Yes, we love working in yards with dogs! However, for the safety of our team, we ask that dogs be kept inside during service whenever possible—especially on our first few visits. Even if your dog is friendly with you and people they see regularly, they may react differently to a stranger carrying tools and moving through their space.

If you would like your dog to remain outside during service, we require that you introduce them to us while present. After a few successful visits with both you and your dog present, we will be comfortable working with them in the yard. However, if a dog ever shows aggression towards our technician(s), we will ask that they be kept inside during service. Failure to do so may result in removal from our route.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we will try to accommodate. We ask to choose one or two days during our service days (Mon,Wed,Fri) and a weekend day we can use as a backup for specific situations (Sat, Sun).

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. You will receive a 60 minute on the way text on your service day.

If we cannot provide service on your preferred day for reasons other than holidays, severe weather, or safety reasons, we will move your service to your selected weekend backup day as long as the subscription is still active. If not possible we will perform double-duty next week.

During winter months, when daylight is limited, we may shift weekday services to the weekend to ensure we can complete all cleanups safely and effectively. We will notify ahead of time.

If your scheduled service day lands on a major holiday, we will perform double-duty cleanup the following week instead of rescheduling to another day. All billing will remain the same.
